Sales Associate
Job Duties

Attend trade shows, expos, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.

Travel to client sites nationwide to make sales calls, provide presentations, survey air filters, assess needs, and build long-term relationships.

Make cold calls and in-person visits to potential clients locally (e.g., in Lubbock) and across other regions.

Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and referrals.

Perform on-site filter inspections and surveys—some projects may take days or weeks to complete.

Deliver presentations or product demos tailored to university facility managers and purchasing departments.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing, proposals, and custom filter solutions.

Document site visits, contacts, and progress in CRM system.

Manage your own travel logistics, including driving company vehicle to locations in and out of state.

Stay overnight as needed—travel may require days or weeks away, depending on the project scope.

Report regularly to sales leadership with updates on territory activity, wins, and challenges.

Maintain product knowledge and stay current with market trends in filtration and HVAC.
Job Requirements

Good driving record.
-
Willingness to travel frequently—including overnight and multi-day trips, both in-state and out-of-state.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable making cold calls as well as building rapport with existing clients.

Self-motivated and highly organized, able to manage a flexible schedule and travel logistics independently.

Ability to lift, climb ladders, and survey HVAC filters during site inspections.

Experience in B2B sales or field sales preferred, but not required.

Basic technical aptitude—able to understand and explain air filter specifications and use tools for surveying and presenting filtration solutions.

Professional appearance and conduct when representing the company at potential customer sites and at trade shows.

Comfortable using CRM software, email, and mobile tools for tracking leads, follow-ups, and appointments.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.

Must be based in or near Lubbock, TX, for local sales and company meetings.

•Full-Time, M-F, 8a - 5p
•Weekends off
